Why is the workshop useful?

For interns and graduates arriving in the workplace, getting to grips with their role in a new team and environment can require an intelligent approach to managing time, priorities and energy. In our time management training, learners will uncover a holistic approach to being productive. We will dig into both prioritisation techniques as well as how to build and replenish levels of physical and emotional energy.

What will participants do in this workshop?

  • Consider the difference between urgent and important and how to use these definitions when prioritising their workload
  • Explore the daily habits of highly productive people
  • Discuss how to protect yourself from overwhelm without damaging relationships
  • Uncover the value of energy management
  • Reflect on the natural ebb and flow of energy during a regular day
  • Decide what energising habits work for them
